Six evidence layers to compare

| Assessment report | Which legal entity, site, date, business type and capabilities were assessed? | Use only the fields actually shown. Do not infer that the report covers every factory, subcontractor or product. |
| Contract and PI | Which company accepts the order obligations and issues the PI? | A different issuer can be explainable, but the role and authority need documentation. |
| Bank beneficiary | Who receives the wire and in which country or region? | A mismatch is a payment hold until relationship and collection authority are reviewed. |
| Trade Assurance order | Are the specifications, ship date and evidence requirements recorded? | Protection depends on the eligible order, payment route, terms and claim facts. |
| Factory claim | What evidence supports production responsibility for this exact order? | A platform business type or site visit does not automatically establish factory ownership for every order. |
What to do with a mismatch
Inconsistent
Pause the relevant payment decision and request the document that connects the entities or corrects the PI/order.
Not confirmed or not collected
State the limitation. Do not convert missing evidence into either a safe conclusion or an accusation.
