Securing Your Sourcing Data & Sourcing Intelligence

Supplier audits require sensitive procurement files, including Proforma Invoices, bank account details, and business licenses. We treat your uploaded materials as strictly confidential assets, secured with enterprise-grade protection.

Strict Purpose Limitation: Only for Your Evaluations

Any document, invoice, business stamp, or supplier detail you upload is used exclusively to perform your requested supplier risk check and generate your report. We operate under a zero-leakage data sandbox.

No Public Exposure

Your sourcing context, target pricing, product specifications, and target factories are private to your account. We never publish or expose your sourcing activities.

No Platform Leakage

We do not share your uploaded invoices or bank coordinates with B2B supplier platforms, marketplaces, search engines, or competitors.

Enterprise-Grade Sourcing File Security

Protecting your procurement intelligence is our core operational priority. We safeguard your data utilizing modern security standards:

Encrypted in Transit: All file uploads use secure HTTPS channels with TLS 1.3 protocol encryption.
Encrypted at Rest: Audited materials are stored in secure buckets using AES-256 standard encryption keys.

Data Retention & Buyer-Led Control

Unlike temporary scans, VeriSupplier keeps your auditing records securely saved in your Historical Case Dashboard. This allows procurement teams to:

  • Re-evaluate suppliers as relationship terms or bank beneficiaries change over time.
  • Compare old Proforma Invoices with new contracts to identify payment-chain drift.
  • Retain documented risk scores and analyst notes for internal corporate audit audits.

You Are in Control: Self-Service Deletion

Although files are retained to populate your historical dashboard, you have the absolute right to delete your sourcing records at any moment. If you wish to permanently purge any uploaded invoice or registry documents from a historical case, you can initiate a manual deletion request by contacting privacy@verisupplier.com.

Internal Access Control

Internal access to customer documents is strictly limited on a need-to-know basis. Only the assigned compliance analyst writing your report has temporary access to inspect your invoice stamps and verify bank registry names. All personnel are bound by strictly enforceable Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

Financial Account Isolation

VeriSupplier only reviews the beneficiary names and account routing numbers printed on your documents to check for mismatch fraud. We are completely isolated from your bank. We do not hold client funds, manage transactions, coordinate escrows, or direct any payments.
